The Anaether

I kind of wanted to re-do the old balloon illustration. I’m gonna try super hard not to spoil exactly what this image is supposed to be portraying.

Anyway, I’ve now officially publicized my Patreon and Ko-fi.

I don’t think I’m very comfortable with using very warm colors. Like, I’m not sure what to do with orange as a dominant color. I feel much safer using cooler colors but I want a bit more variety to my collection of work. Also I really didn’t know what I was doing with the ripples. Whatever, I’ll do better next time. Again I just wanted to get this piece out of the way so I can move on to the next one.

I really hope my audience is okay with me switching between comic pages and illustrations a lot, because this is the best way I keep things going. Otherwise I’ll freeze up if I force myself to do straight comic pages while having the strong urge to get some new illustration out. But I do feel really, really bad that I can’t stand to do straight comic pages for more than a few weeks. I feel an urgency to show you guys more story.
